APanchayats may levy, collect and appropriate taxes, duties, tolls, etc.
BA person who has attained the age of 25 years will be eligible to be a member of a Panchayat.
CEvery Panchayat shall ordinarily continue for five years from the date of its first meeting.
DA Panchayat reconstituted after premature dissolution shall continue only for the remainder of the full period.
