Hybrid_annuity_model_ham: A hybrid approach combining the features of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer). It is designed to reduce the financial burden on private players by sharing the construction risk and revenue risk between the government and the private developer.
